Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, sales events, holidays, or in the event of unforeseen logistical disruptions.

Tracking and Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active. If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.


Undeliverable or Lost Packages

We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you with options for reshipment. In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will review each case individually to determine next steps.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select regions. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees based on the destination country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Delivery timelines for international orders may vary significantly depending on customs processing in your country.

While our intention is to deliver every order promptly and accurately, by placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that BTCSZN cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from delayed shipments. We will always make reasonable efforts to resolve shipping issues, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed in cases involving carrier error or unforeseen delays.
