We understand that sometimes things don’t work out — due to the nature of our products and the operational costs associated with returns, BTCSZN has a return policy designed to protect the sustainability of our business, while maintaining our commitment to our community members and customers.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

A return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed condition. This includes all packaging, tags, accessories, inserts, and protective coverings.
Any item that has been opened, worn, used, or tampered with in any way is not eligible for return.
BTCSZN reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these strict criteria.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Customers are responsible for the full cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Returns must be shipped using a trackable method, and BTCSZN is not liable for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Shipping fees and any non-refundable handling charges are not included in the refund.

Final Sale

Some products may be marked Final Sale, in which case they are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Please review the product description before purchasing.
